KOA prepared a successful Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 7 application package on behalf of the City of South Pasadena. The City applied to upgrade its current traffic signal hardware and software as well as provide other intersection improvements on Fair Oaks Avenue.  A prior traffic signal inventory prepared for the City by KOA surveyed the existing conditions of 15 signalized intersections. KOA prepared cost estimates, narrative question responses, and supplementary figures and documents as part of the application. This City was awarded $315,900 as a result of this work.
