Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) Design for Castle Rock Road and Gold Run Drive

KOA provided a Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) design for several residential roadway segments; Castle Rock Boulevard between Silver Bullet Drive and Copper Canyon Drive, Crooked Creek Drive between Gold Run Drive and Pasado Drive, and along Gold Run Drive between Castle Rock Road and Running Branch Road in the City of Diamond Bar. As part of the NTMP design, KOA reviewed the study locations in the field to observe and inventory roadway geometries, existing traffic operations, and other relevant information. Traffic counts and speed surveys were conducted along the study locations. The services for this project included preparation of technical specifications, design plans that show proposed traffic control devices (signage, proposed pavement lines and markings) and locations of raised speed cushions, and cost estimates.
