KOA coordinated with the City of Fremont to determine the appropriate scope of the Transportation Impact Analysis and prepared the analysis utilizing the Alameda County Transportation Commission model to develop 2040 traffic conditions – With Project and Without Project. KOA also prepared a VMT analysis based on City approved guidelines. As part of a project team, KOA coordinated between multiple stakeholders – the VA, the City, the architect, and the environmental consultant – with differing schedules and critical input into analyses. A unique aspect of the project was that the existing site was able to accommodate two large electrical towers within the site design.
