KOA provided dedicated professional and support staff expertise to Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) to complete a study that determined the necessary steps to close five different gaps that would complete a 66-mile bicycle and pedestrian loop spanning Orange County. KOA provided project management services, support services to community outreach, campaign branding, and the development of an action plan for local municipalities to implement the project. Project implementation will help to create a safer, more convenient option for bicyclists and serves as many as 650,000 Orange County residents located within a one mile buffer zone of the trail.

Later, KOA assisted OCTA with a well-attended Coyote Creek Bike Day event. Close to 200 people attended the bike ride along Coyote Creek trail.  Additionally, more than 10 vendors provided booths and exhibits at Behringer Park to promote the bike day.
