Requirements:

Assist in designing and planning of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects

Collect and analyze traffic and ITS related data

Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project delivery on time and within budget

Has worked on the development and implementation of traffic control plans, signing and marking plans, Traffic signal design plans, signal timing plans and Fiber Optic/ITS design plans

May participate in field inspections and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications

Keep up to date with latest technologies, innovations and industry best practices in the field of Traffic/ITS engineering
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related field

2+ years of experience in Traffic especially in ITS engineering

Knowledge of ITS related designing is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Synchro, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

A valid driver’s license and ability to travel for field inspections
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
