KOA is providing support to the WRCOGTUMF Program by developing a GIS-based project evaluation tool. The GIS tool is being used by WRCOG, member jurisdictions, and stakeholders to determine and showcase where TUMF improvements in Western Riverside County are being/have been made, are programmed or are planned in the future. Project information is included in the database. The tool is assisting with the allocation of TUMF funding to projects. This exercise would also assist jurisdictions in developing collaborative efforts with neighboring jurisdictions to improve bottlenecks/gap closures on TUMF facilities to benefit of region.
