KOA prepared a comprehensive application package for the City, in order to secure funding for their citywide traffic signal and street lighting inventory and school signage project. As part of our services, we helped strategize ways to increase the City’s changes of getting the best points possible for meeting the criteria for the Call for Applications Systemic Safety Analysis Report Program (SSARP). KOA followed the SSARP guidelines, filled out the application form, conducted analysis, and provided exhibits, tables, and cost estimates to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed countermeasures.
