KOA participated in the consultant team to develop a multi-mobility plan for Downtown San Diego. The study area encompassed approximately two square miles. KOA was responsible for preparing conceptual layouts for pedestrian and bicycle enhancements throughout the downtown area, encompassing a variety of traffic, bike, and pedestrian conditions. We met regularly with a Technical advisory Group composed of several agencies and City departments throughout the project duration.
