Los Angeles Federal Courthouse Traffic Impact Study - Final Environmental Impact Study (FEIS), Los Angeles, California
KOA prepared the traffic and parking analysis for the Los Angeles Federal Courthouse FEIS. The effort included the traffic impacts analysis of 41 intersections during morning and evening peak periods. The study also addressed the parking needs for the courthouse and surrounding area. As part of the parking analysis for the EIS, KOA supplemented an LADOT parking database to enhance the shared use parking analysis. KOA’s staff also participated in the public hearing process. As part of the preparation of the analysis process, a TRAFFIX model for the northern portion of the LACBD was developed.
